Emilie Hobbs is the Data Preparation Administrator for IKnowFood. Emilie has completed a Masters in the Environment Department, University of York, and has already been working with the Stockholm Environment Institute on her dissertation which looked at climate risk embedded in soy supply chains. Prior to her masters she studied Geography at the University of Cambridge, and worked for Chatham House and the environmental charity ‘A Rocha’. In addition to working part-time (50%) on the IKnowFood project, Emilie will provide research assistant support to the Sustainable Consumption and Production group in SEI York.
